As part of our work with Getty Images, we shot a group of women in a gym, aiming to reflect the growing current trend of female participation in strength training.
 
We worked to create the atmosphere of an independent city gym for our shoot, using street-cast models for a sense of authenticity. Effects included the use of a smoke machine to evoke a heated atmosphere with the efforts of the gym users. With recognisable activities including dumbbell exercises and press-ups – not to mention the wiping of brows - these shots were designed to appeal to a variety of potential clients and to be accessible to as many viewers as possible.
